Addiction Solitaire is a unique take on classic Solitaire where you move cards around a grid to line them up in the same suit in order from 2 to King.
How to Play Addiction Solitaire
Rules
- A gap can be filled with the card of the same suit and one rank higher than the card to its left (e.g., 8♥️, 9♥️, 10♥️ — next must be J♥️).
- No card can be placed in a gap that follows a King or another gap.
- Only 2s can be placed in the first column.
- When out of moves, you may shuffle all cards not already in correct sequence. This can be done up to three times per game.
Objective
The goal of Addiction Solitaire is to arrange all 48 cards into four rows, each in the same suit and ordered from 2 to King, left to right. The last space in each row remains empty.
Setup
Addiction Solitaire is played with a standard 52-card deck:
- All 52 cards are dealt face-up into 4 rows of 13 cards each.
- The 4 Aces are then removed from the layout and discarded, leaving 4 empty spaces (gaps).
- These gaps are used to rearrange the remaining 48 cards during gameplay.
